This policy applies to the 1LiD: One Less Idiot Driver mobile application (“the App”), available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, developed and operated by VernonIT.
What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the App’s core functionality. We do not collect location data, contacts, camera or microphone input, or any other device sensor data.
How We Use Your Data
- Email address — used solely to authenticate your account. We do not send marketing email.
- Training records — stored so your progress is preserved across devices and sessions.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are used in the App.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your email address and all associated training records are permanently deleted. We keep no more data than is necessary to operate the App.
Age Restriction
The App is intended for users 15 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 15. If you believe a minor’s data has been submitted in error, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Security
Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Account access is protected by your email-based credentials.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, use the VernonIT contact page.
Platform-Specific Notices
Google Play. This App complies with the Google Play Developer Program Policies. The App does not use sensitive or restricted permissions.
Apple App Store. This App complies with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines. No data is used to track you across third-party apps or websites.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
